House Rules

No pets in the cabin or on the grounds.
No fireworks or loud music.
No ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes.
No smoking in the cabin.
Due to limited parking, you may have a maximum of 4 vehicles and 3 trailers on the property at one given time.
No more than 10 total guests.
Be respectful of the neighbors and other guests. Please do not go onto the next-door property, including the neighboring fence, dock or beach area.
Only fire in the fire ring please, no burning garbage.
Please do not pour grease down the drain. Place grease in a sealed container, throw away in the garbage once cooled and sealed.
Quiet time is after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends.
If you brought your boat, and your boat is less than 2,200 lbs, you can use our boat lift. If your boat is too big or won't fit our lift, please trailer your boat or beach it in the sand. The winds on the lake can get strong, and a docked boat not lifted out of the water can easily damage the dock. Please do not tie any watercraft up to the dock. Empty boat trailers should be parked behind the 3-car garage but not blocking the compost bin. You may store up to three trailers.
If you clean fish, PLEASE seal up the waste and place in the boathouse freezer (located in front of the playground.) Put frozen waste into garbage bin on Wednesday night for pickup Thursday morning. Nobody likes the smell of fish guts. :)
